Grapples

  • Excavator Hydraulic Grapple for Land Clearance, Skip Sorting and Forest Work

Excavator Hydraulic Grapple for Land Clearance, Skip Sorting and Forest Work

The Grapple is an ideal attachment for handling a wide range of materials. A 3 tines steel welding box structure and a 2 tines steel welding box structure are assembled to a whole grapple. According to your different work condition, we could reinforce the grapple on its tines and its inner shell plates of the two half bodies. Compare to the mechanical grapple, the hydraulic grapple offers you a flexibly way on operation. There are two hydraulic cylinders put in the 3 tines box, which could control the 3 tines body open or close to grab the materials.

  • Excavator Mechanical Grapple for Land Clearance, Skip Sorting and Forest Work

Excavator Mechanical Grapple for Land Clearance, Skip Sorting and Forest Work

The 5 tines design mechanical grapple is the ideal excavator attachment for handling materials very well, such as land clearance, material sorting, general forestry work, demolition, etc. Switching the support pin position to the 3 holes on the weld on mount could help you adjust the 3 tines parts angle to meet your drive habit. If you need to put the mechanical grapple on a quick coupler, please do show us more details of your machine and you quick coupler, since the different quick coupler design, there might be risk of the supporting rod and the quick coupler interfere with each other. If the risk come out, we have to modify the design to make the mechanical grapple match your machine and quick coupler.

  • Five Fingers Excavator 360° Rotary Hydraulic Grapple for Handling Material Flexibly

Five Fingers Excavator 360° Rotary Hydraulic Grapple for Handling Material Flexibly

The Crafts rotary hydraulic grapple is the same 5 tines design as the mechanical grapple and the hydraulic grapple, however, the rotary hydraulic grapple is not the steel box structure design any longer. Thick steel plate was taken as the grapple fingers while the excavator casting teeth and adapters are welded on the tips. There are two hydraulic cylinder to control the grapple open and close. The design of two hydraulic cylinders on each side offers the grapple more bite force to catch the material easier or break something during the demolition.
