Crafts track links are manufactured according to the standard of OEM. All of Crafts track links are forged by special steel 35MnB. Comparing to other track links which made of 40MnB or 40Mn, our track links are better in toughness and abrasive resistance.

Reliable Traction with Crafts Rubber Tracks and Rubber Pads for Long-lasting Use
Crafts rubber tracks are composed by steel core, steel wire and rubber via vulcanization.
The steel core is the main parts to bear the pression of the machine. It is made by forging. And before the vulcanization, the steel cores surface would be cleaned by shot blasting and ultrasonic cleaning, then they would be applied special glue to make sure they will be sticked together with the rubber strongly. Steel wires supply the tension to keep the rubber track always at the specified length, to make sure the rubber track will be not stretched due to the long-term work or any other reason. The rubber for the rubber track is the most important part.
